This project was designed along the lines of a modernist pavilion to accommodate a bath house and changing rooms attached to the pool for the house. .

The structure celebrates  function as well as experience and allows for activities ranging from swimming and sunbathing to dining and work. The setting can both be for intimate gatherings or larger group events.

 

The intent of the design was to re-create the experience of open-air dwelling within the woods. The choice of materials such as stone, wood, and metal further amplify the connection of the pool house to the rocky wooded site.
