A 1750 sft. three bedroom apartment on the 19th floor in one of the prestigious high rises in the Bandra Kurla Complex neighborhood of Mumbai, this project had plenty of natural light to begin with. The apartment had a generous plan layout with large windows and fittings and civil finishes provided by the developer, which were customized by our team to fit the overall look as envisioned before the start of the project.

The client brief was simple and to the point. As they spent most of their time out of the country, they wanted to make the apartment fit to rent and still not compromise on the finish and the look of the apartment. Completed over a span of just two months, the space was kept as minimal as possible with some bold contrasts provided through finishes without compromising on the efficiency of the apartment layout and its circulation.
